铠装工艺
铠装电缆的铠装层的最大间隙不应超过钢带宽度50%。上下两层钢带打盖应不少于钢带宽度的25%。
规定挂好绕包和铠装档位,选择适当的牵引速度,
钢带复绕应紧密,在复绕过程中应剔除有夹层、毛刺、砂孔、锈蚀缺陷的钢带。
铠装外径应经常进行测量,并在工艺控制范围内(±2 mm),
线的节距应与缆芯尺寸和收线速度相适应,严禁严重的交叉排列。线盘不能装得过满,一般应低于盘边(50~100)mm为宜。
